Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:- The item arrived damaged or defective- The item received is significantly different from what was ordered- The order did not arrive within 30 business days
To process a claim, please contact us at gearnoxstore@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery, including:- Your order number- Clear photos of the product and packaging- A brief description of the issue
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:- Change of mind- Ordering the wrong item, size, or color- Minor variations in appearance due to lighting or screen differences- Delays caused by customs or local postal services (unless 30 days have passed)
Return Policy
Please note:

We do not accept physical returns, as our fulfillment centers do not process returned merchandise.
If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
Replacements are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days.
